Supporting SMEs to set up high-impact apprenticeship mentoring schemes

Your Mentoring Matters is a 3-month training programme to support SMEs set-up their own apprenticeship mentoring scheme or evaluate the impact of an existing scheme.

It is for employees with responsibility for training apprentices at small and medium-sized engineering and manufacturing businesses, with less than 250 employees.

2. Sign and return the grant agreement which will be sent to you

The 15 spaces available places will be allocated to eligible employers on a first come, first served basis. Applications are open until 13th March 2026 for the first cohort, and the programme will launch with a face-to-face event on Tuesday 14th April 2026.
